libcmph-tools software package provides C Minimal Perfect Hashing Library command line utilities, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcmph-tools
libcmph-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcmph-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcmph-tools *
You will get with libcmph-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
